Job Description

Technical Support Specialist role in Customer Support team in the engineering sector helping installers specifiers and end users with heating and plumbing systems

Job Responsibility

  • Provide expert office-based technical support via phone and email to homeowners merchants and installers
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
  • Offer active technical support to sales and marketing teams
  • Guide users in navigating various software applications
  • Stay informed on the latest product ranges and industry movements
  • Collaborate with installers to resolve system performance and installation issues including on-site visits as needed
  • Monitor product installation issues and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences and thorough site reports for each visit
  • Support the return of faulty goods for further investigation

Requirements

  • Technical understanding of plumbing and heating systems with hands-on experience
  • Strong administrative skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
  • Energetic self-starter who thrives in a team environment
  • Confident communicator able to explain technical information clearly to all audiences
  • Willingness to occasionally visit customer sites as required

  • This means reactive/proactive communication in Spanish and English with merchants both via email and on the phone

  • Receive and analyze merchant pain points and work closely with Adyen’s Finance Product and Development teams to improve or build new products to facilitate merchant’s operations
