Customer Team Leader

• Lead the daily operations and support a team of co-workers
• Empower co-workers through continuous competence development
• Actively develop, coach, and mentor your team through set reviews and conversations

• Proven experience in a physical retail environment
• Highly developed communication and organisational skills
• Proven experience in leadership including development, coaching, and performance management
• Passionate about understanding the customer journey
• Driven to thrive in a multi-faceted, fast-paced environment
• Continuously proactive in seeking ways to simplify processes and reduce negative costs
• Able to navigate and ensure the completion of policies, processes, and regulatory compliance
