Job Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone
  • Troubleshoot user issues with the client platform, offering guidance and solutions
  • Educate users on the platform's features and help them get the most out of their websites
  • Work closely with the product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up to date with new client features and updates to provide accurate support
  • Collect and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience

Requirements

  • Native or advanced German (C2) proficiency
  • intermediate level of English (B2)
