Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for providing direct support to customers, including quotation, negotiation, order fulfilment, logistic support, invoicing and AR (payment of customer) chasing
  • Expect to promote spare parts through cross/up-sell and proactive approach
  • Inquiry to cash which typically means making quotation, negotiation, place the order, logistic and invoicing
  • Open quotes follow-up and Value-added Sales
  • Order Acknowledge Management
  • Order Backlog follow up
  • Customer support and response during the process: order status, delivery date, with speed

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, preferably majored in engineering
  • Minimum1 years in B2B sales and experience in customer support and business development
  • Excellent fresh graduates are welcome
  • Fluent verbal and written English and Mandarin
  • Problem-solving skills that include the ability to ensure the goods delivered in time
  • Teamwork mentality and a collaborative approach to work
  • The ability to think strategically
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proactive, quick to learn
  • Solution and results oriented attitude
  • A flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
