Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented Customer Support Trainee / Associate to join a growing professional services team. This role is ideal for individuals at an early stage of their career who are eager to learn, support clients, and develop strong customer service skills in a structured office environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist clients by responding to general inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Support senior team members with client coordination and follow-ups
  • Provide clear and basic guidance to clients on service processes
  • Follow up on client-related tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Maintain accurate client records and system updates
  • Assist walk-in clients by providing initial support and directing them appropriately
  • Perform routine administrative tasks related to customer support operations

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala (verbal and written)
  • Minimum 3 months’ experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a team environment
  • Basic organisational and time management skills
  • Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
  • Attention to detail and commitment to service quality
  • Ability to follow instructions and seek support when required
