Job Responsibility:
Respond to incoming calls with professionalism, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly
Direct calls to the appropriate staff members and relay messages effectively
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions using the ticketing system
Support the processing of new memberships and renewals accurately and efficiently
Perform general clerical tasks, including data entry and document management
Assist with order entry and ensure all transactions are completed correctly
Handle both inbound and outbound calls to provide comprehensive support
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of experience in customer service or as a receptionist
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic work environment
Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to have:
Experience with call center operations or order entry is a plus
