Job Description:

We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Bloomington, MN. This hybrid role requires in-office collaboration at least two days per week, while also offering remote flexibility. As part of a dedicated team, you’ll deliver top-tier customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Starting as a contract role, this position offers the possibility of permanent hire for candidates who exceed expectations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and requests, ensuring prompt and courteous service
  • Work collaboratively with a team to handle a high volume of customer interactions—up to 450 calls daily during peak seasons
  • Maintain clear and professional communication across various channels, including phone and email
  • Accurately document customer interactions, updates, and resolutions in CRM systems and internal databases
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary
  • Stay up-to-date on all company products, services, and policies to consistently provide accurate information to customers
  • Assist in achieving team goals by identifying areas for operational improvements and sharing insights
  • Represent the company with a friendly and professional demeanor in every interaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service or call center role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • higher education (associate’s or bachelor’s degree) preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional yet approachable tone
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining quality and efficiency, especially during busy periods
  • A team player who can adapt to changing priorities and collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment
