Job Responsibility:
Process all phone orders within the company’s system
Keep track of customer orders as well as ensure their completion
Answer queries and provide exceptional customer support through phone and email
Handle several back office and data entry responsibilities
Process returns (e.g. from selection deliveries)
Invoicing of the different types (selection, consignment, normal)
Maintain customer master data in ERP & CRM system
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
University Degree
Exceptional communication skills
Fluency in both Greek and English (written and verbal)
ERP knowledge
Team spirit, collaborative approach and with multi-tasking abilities
