Job Responsibility:
Deliver outstanding customer support by handling user management inquiries, including account updates
Utilize Microsoft Office tools, such as Teams, Excel, and Outlook, to manage communications and documentation
Analyze and interpret provided documentation to identify solutions and respond to customer inquiries effectively
Collaborate with team members and product specialists to ensure seamless onboarding and training
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving
Assist in managing inbound and outbound calls, ensuring prompt and attentive service
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for process and service optimization
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a call center
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to read and apply documentation to find solutions to customer issues
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism
Familiarity with ticketing systems and the ability to manage customer inquiries effectively
Detail-oriented approach to tracking and resolving technical and account-related concerns
Capacity to learn and adapt to new technology and processes during onboarding and training
