Robert Half is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to support one of our banking clients. In this role, you will provide critical real-time phone support to retail banking colleagues, and customers offering expert guidance on policies, procedures, and customer service inquiries.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to inbound calls from Retail banking colleagues and customers
Effectively resolve complex issues, ensuring compliance with service standards
Assist with overflow from additional Lines of Business such as Business Banking, Wealth Management, and Lending
Accurately document interactions and solutions in internal systems
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
Experience in a Customer Solution Center or Retail Banking environment
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to resolve complex customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
Team-oriented approach and commitment to high service standards
