Boeing Distribution, Inc. (BDI) is seeking an Experienced Customer Support Specialist to join the Customer support team based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. In this role, the focus will be on supporting our customers by leveraging our BDI Product Portfolio to supply parts & services.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate responses to customer inquiries for spare parts requirements and facilitates delivery problem resolution
Coordinate collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data and/or information regarding delivery of spare parts, provisioning products or related services
Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material, delivery requirements and returns for customer orders
Manage and execute supplier management strategies to ensure on-time delivery
Manage the approval of RFQs and proposals for individual
Assists in the analysis of supplier and customer data regarding products and services to include repair capabilities, capacity, and performance
Monitoring dashboards and/or reports out of Spotfire (and other reporting tools) and review/create reporting and/or analytics using Microsoft Excel and/or Smart Sheet tool
Will work closely with leadership, program managers, supply chain, product line team and other key stake holders to support OTD objectives
Be able to communicate and present clear & effectively
Complete tasks with little to no supervision
Requirements
3+ Years of Customer support, Customer service, or Supply Chain experience
3+ years of experience developing presentations for and presenting to leadership and colleagues
Experience with Excel, Access, or other database management
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary
Experience communicating and collaborating directly with internal or external customers, peers, other employees, and all levels of leadership
Nice to have
3+ years Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems highly preferred
Experience with Salesforce
Bachelor’s degree or similar
Ability to handle high pressure situations
Experience performing data analysis and troubleshooting
Experience with ERP reporting systems (i.e. Spotfire, Tableau)
