Job Description:

We’re looking for a confident and driven Customer Support & Sales Advisor to join our growing MedFx team. This role is all about providing outstanding support to clinical beauty professionals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver high-quality customer support via phone and email with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in line with internal procedures
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a fast, professional, and reliable service
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities by growing existing accounts and following up on leads and campaigns
  • Promote the MedFx House of Brands to existing customers, new clients, and prospects
  • Support product launches, special offers, and brand initiatives to achieve targets
  • Approve and onboard new customer accounts, ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
  • Liaise with courier services to resolve delivery issues and achieve the best outcomes for customers
  • Meet company KPIs, SLAs, and performance targets
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the department efficiently
  • Escalate issues or risks to the Contact Centre Manager where appropriate
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and support wider team activities when needed
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and internal guidelines
