Training will be provided on systems, communication standards, and travel-specific processes. The ideal candidate is organised, calm under pressure, and confident communicating in writing and verbally. You should be comfortable managing multiple conversations, prioritising tasks, and maintaining accurate records. Previous experience in customer service, administration, or hospitality is helpful but not required.
