Every day, you'll speak with patients who have questions about their prescriptions, insurance coverage, refill requests, or delivery status. Sometimes they'll be frustrated. Sometimes they'll be confused. Sometimes they'll just need someone who can explain things clearly and help them move forward. That's where you make the difference. You'll work with patients, pharmacies, insurance providers, and internal teams to make sure every prescription moves through the process as smoothly as possible. No medical background? That's okay. If you're someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and turning complicated situations into simple solutions, we'll teach you the rest.
