Job Responsibility:
Handle all client inquiries and provide order information
Receive, process and monitor customer orders using SAP, ensuring accuracy and completion
Manage and ensure the timely processing and delivery of orders
Coordinate special customer requirements, such as product returns, sample shipments, and pricing lists
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics) for smooth operations
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and maintain data accuracy
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Customer Service role
Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service or order processing
Excellent English (written & spoken)
SAP and MS Office proficiency
Strong organizational and communication skills
Results-driven with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
Bachelor's degree
