Xpert Resourcing are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our client’s customer focused team on a part time basis. This role will be for 20 hours per week, working Monday to Friday. Some hybrid work will be considered. In this role, you will be the first point of contact over the phone and via email for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, helping with spare parts and guaranteeing a pleasant customer experience.
Job Responsibility:
Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and live chat
Assist customers with questions regarding products and parts
Build rapport with customers quickly and professionally
Carry out data entry accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records
Communicate effectively with customers
Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in record keeping
A positive attitude with a strong desire to help others and contribute to team success
