Job Responsibility
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Process orders, account updates, and service requests
Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Assist with tracking orders, shipments, and account information
Support issue resolution and customer follow-up activities
Assist with reporting and administrative tracking tasks
Maintain organized customer files and account documentation
Support internal teams with operational updates and communication
Requirements
2+ years of customer support, administrative, or client service experience preferred
Biotech, healthcare, or regulated industry experience is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
Professional and customer-focused mindset required
CRM or ticketing system experience preferred
Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency required
