We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, and offer patient, supportive assistance to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a long-term contract position with the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within the health and biotech industry.
Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly to incoming calls and provide accurate information to address customer inquiries
Assist clients with troubleshooting Bluetooth and mobile device connectivity issues
Maintain an attentive and friendly demeanor while supporting customers new to technology
Manage and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely resolution of client concerns
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service practices and improve overall satisfaction
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to document interactions and manage customer records
Educate customers about product features and functionality to enhance their experience
Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to team efficiency
Follow established protocols to ensure compliance with company policies and standards
Requirements:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification
Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting
Familiarity with Bluetooth and mobile devices is advantageous
Demonstrated patience and adaptability when assisting users unfamiliar with technology
Genuine enthusiasm for helping people and resolving issues
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for documentation and communication
Nice to have:
