Customer Support Representative

• Respond promptly to incoming calls and provide accurate information to address customer inquiries
• Assist clients with troubleshooting Bluetooth and mobile device connectivity issues
• Maintain an attentive and friendly demeanor while supporting customers new to technology
• Manage and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely resolution of client concerns
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service practices and improve overall satisfaction
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to document interactions and manage customer records
• Educate customers about product features and functionality to enhance their experience
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to team efficiency
• Follow established protocols to ensure compliance with company policies and standards

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting
• Familiarity with Bluetooth and mobile devices is advantageous
• Demonstrated patience and adaptability when assisting users unfamiliar with technology
• Genuine enthusiasm for helping people and resolving issues
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for documentation and communication
