We are seeking a full-time Customer Support Professional to serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal sales partners. This role is responsible for managing inbound communications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a primary contact for customer inquiries received via phone, email, and other communication channels
Provide timely, solution-focused responses while maintaining a professional and courteous approach
Accurately update and maintain customer records, orders, and related documentation
Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery
Monitor and prioritize open requests to ensure follow-through and resolution
Support occasional company events, including limited travel as needed
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing tasks
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Professional phone presence and customer-focused mindset
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Self-directed, dependable, and able to work independently
