Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time Customer Support Professional to serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal sales partners. This role is responsible for managing inbound communications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a primary contact for customer inquiries received via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Provide timely, solution-focused responses while maintaining a professional and courteous approach
  • Accurately update and maintain customer records, orders, and related documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery
  • Monitor and prioritize open requests to ensure follow-through and resolution
  • Support occasional company events, including limited travel as needed

Requirements:
