Job Description:

Are you fluent in German and English and looking for a job in the economic sector? We have the ideal opportunity for you! Would you like to work in a field specializing in payment solutions for small and medium businesses?

Job Responsibility:

be the voice of the company in direct communication with economy-oriented business partners
manage the German language market
provide customer support and clarify questions regarding products and services
assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media channels
support our merchants with all inquiries about our products and services
actively work on optimizing all processes related to our customers, continually improving the satisfaction of our merchants
collaborate closely with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing

Requirements:

native or fluent German speaker (mandatory)
proficient in English
strong communication skills and a customer-friendly service focus
tech-savvy and passionate about the economic sector
availability to work on-site in Porto
