Job Responsibility:
Liaise and respond to many different types of people

Assist with varied enquires including document requests, account details adjustments, inbound vendor/merchant enquiries
Help customers process payments
Assist with troubleshooting app issues
Requirements:
Strong communication skills (great verbal and written communications, active listening, empathy)
Skilled in problem solving and troubleshooting
Empathetic and understanding, with ability to empathise with customers and understand their perspectives
Familiarity with CRM Systems
Adaptable and flexible
Excellent attention to detail
Experience providing customer support via email, chat, or phone, both inbound and outbound
