This position is focused on inbound customer enquiries via online channels, such as email and our website. Prior to servicing customers, you’ll receive comprehensive training to equip you to deliver a seamless experience for our customers.
Job Responsibility:
Providing customers with product and service information
Compiling quotes, upselling and cross-selling to convert opportunities into sales
Liaising with our branch network to source equipment for customers
Requirements:
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are essential
Ability to convey complex information clearly to a diverse customer base
Experience using Outlook, Excel, and sales, and booking systems
Proactive behaviour and able to think outside the box for solutions
Eager to continuously learn new things
Nice to have:
Interest in the construction, mining, or engineering industries
