Morson Talent are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Management Professional to work on behalf of one of our prestigious clients based in Yeovil. This is a 6-month contract role, with the possibility of extension. You will report directly to the Senior Project Manager for Transformation Projects, working out of our clients’ Yeovil site. In this role, you will have a significant impact on leadership and team management, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and business growth. Job Responsibility:
Ensure exceptional service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer support management or a similar role
Strong leadership and people management skills
Mastery of knowledge in a specific area, or a senior leadership position with a thorough understanding of multiple workstreams
Experience implementing customer support technologies and tools
Nice to have:
