Job Responsibility

  • giving customers a correct, polite, and friendly reception according to relevant Quality Guidelines and quality KPIs
  • providing consumers with most appropriate information and correct solution, aligned with customer query and according to Buyer's procedures and processes
  • adding sales whenever possible, suiting both the company and customer needs
  • operate and drive continuous improvements in all aspects of operations

Requirements

  • native or advanced Italian (C2) proficiency
  • intermediate level of English (B2)
  • excellent communication skills
  • experience in customer service is a plus
