Job Responsibility
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience
Stay updated on the client’s latest offers, policies, and services
Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction
Requirements
Fluency in German and proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent
higher education degree is a plus
Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).
