Job Description

As a Customer Support Agent for a leading Automotive Group company, your role will involve providing customer assistance with different channels such as chat, voice and emails, to guarantee and improve a great relationship between the company and its users. You will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations. And that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.

Job Responsibility

  • Respond to customer requests via multiple channels, updating CRM systems with relevant information
  • Build strong customer relationships by handling inquiries with speed and professionalism
  • Promote customer retention and loyalty by supporting successful inquiry outcomes
  • Maintain professional, empathetic relationships with all customers
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and management
  • Provide feedback on emerging issues and identify improvement areas proactively

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Dutch (C1) and English (C1), both spoken and written (mandatory)
  • High School diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service with a strong customer-centric mindset (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and a professional, friendly attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
