Job Responsibility
Respond to customer requests via multiple channels, updating CRM systems with relevant information
Build strong customer relationships by handling inquiries with speed and professionalism
Promote customer retention and loyalty by supporting successful inquiry outcomes
Maintain professional, empathetic relationships with all customers
Collaborate effectively with team members and management
Provide feedback on emerging issues and identify improvement areas proactively
Requirements
Fluency in both Danish (C1) and English (C1), both spoken and written (mandatory)
High School diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service with a strong customer-centric mindset (mandatory)
Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and a professional, friendly attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
