As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a great relationship between the company and its users, meeting high standards for quality, efficiency, and customer journey enhancement.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing the client with professionalism and enthusiasm
Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience
Stay updated on the client’s latest offers, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information
Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction
Requirements:
Fluency in Czech and proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent
higher education degree is a plus
Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus)
