Job Responsibility

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing the client with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Stay updated on the client’s latest offers, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information
  • Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • higher education degree is a plus
  • Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus)
