Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support & Catalog Specialist to join our ecommerce team. You will handle customer support inboxes, resolve queries in clear English, and manage product listings on our Shopify store. This role combines communication skills with catalog management to deliver an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Respond to customer queries via email/inbox with professionalism and empathy
  • Manage product listings on Shopify – update details, review content, and ensure correct categorization
  • Proofread product descriptions for accuracy and clarity
  • Track common customer issues and suggest improvements

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer support or ecommerce operations
