We are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to support our Colors Group business in Sauget, IL. You will work cooperatively with team members in order to service our existing customers. You will work in a team centric environment that provides opportunities for skill and career growth. What You’ll Do: Be responsible for order administration, processing, follow-up, contract review, problem resolution, and customer requests for multiple business units. Communicate with planners and shipping personnel to ensure on-time deliveries and advise customers of delays if needed. Review production and shipping schedules to determine impact on customers expected deliveries. Perform a variety of customer transactions such as; order entry, processing, follow-up, and contract review. Work with account managers, product managers, sales administrative staff as well as shipping, production and lab to resolve discrepancies/missing information. Resolve routine customer issues and customer requests, communicate with account managers and customer service managers regarding any special situations. Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively while maintaining strong attention to detail and organizational skills. What You’ll Bring: A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 2-years of customer service experience. Strong communication skills, including ability to capture the detail of a situation and communicate accurately, professionally and completely, verbally and in writing. Ability to multitask while maintaining high degrees of attention to detail, accuracy and poise. Effective personal time management and organization skills.
