Job Description:

Assistance with general and technical questions related to any product or service including diagnostic support for certified repair locations. Intermediate understanding of products and diesel engine operation, parts, and warranty support. Understanding of Logistical concepts and Engine Familiarization. Ability to interpret schematic/blue prints/wiring diagrams.

Job Responsibility:

Assistance with general and technical questions related to any product or service including diagnostic support for certified repair locations

Requirements:

Intermediate (familiar to proficient) understanding of products (engines, power generators, components, marine products, high horsepower products, Dodge applications, etc)
Intermediate (familiar to proficient) understanding of diesel engine operation, parts, and warranty support to our end users and fleet users
Understanding of Logistical concepts
Understanding and ability to expand on knowledge of Engine Familiarization
Interpret schematic/blue prints/wiring diagrams
Good communication skills
Education: BE (Mechanical, Automobile)
Experience: 5 years
