Job Description

Alfa Laval Nordic is looking for a Complex Order Handler in Kolding, Denmark. As a Complex Order Handler you will be responsible for providing direct support to customers in handling Complex component, Project, Field Service and Service Operations Orders throughout the order to cash process (from customer order to Invoicing) and keep the customers updated on deliveries.

  • Providing exceptional customer support during the process: order status, delivery date

  • Export & Import coordination: documentation, logistics, custom clearance
  • Handling of suppliers database
  • Backlog and WIP maintenance

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with ERP systems, especially within order handling
  • Solid technical knowledge, perhaps from customer support, service operations, purchasing, engineering, project coordination, or similar roles
  • Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language, both spoken and written
  • Comfortable working with the Microsoft Office suite and quickly adapt to new digital tools
  • Used to collaborating with colleagues across departments and locations
  • Familiar with supply chain processes and understand the importance of accuracy and timeliness in order management
