At Arrow, we're currently looking for a Customer Support Associate. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to contribute individually and as part of a team by managing complex post-booking processes, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and supporting high-tier customers across the full order-to-invoice cycle.
Job Responsibility
Provide internal and external customer service and sales support to the Inside Sales Team and customer engagements
Manage the post-booking to invoice process
Handle backlog management, including complex and high-tier customer backlog, expedites, allocations, constrained materials, and open order demands
Work with buyers, asset teams, different portals, and Business Intelligence systems to support order processing, reporting, and issue resolution
Manage inbound customer order formats, including PDF, e-mail, and Microsoft Office documents
Support the sales team through direct customer contact, report coordination, escalation support, and cooperation with First Article engineers to set up orders in the system
Requirements
university degree and 1-2 years of experience, or a high school graduate with equivalent related experience
communicate fluently in English
industry experience in a similar field and experience supporting sales efforts
familiar with BOMs, quoting processes, expedites, and backlog/order management activities
familiar with ERP systems
intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
strong communication skills with a teamwork-oriented approach
