Installio is looking for a driven and organised Customer Support and Administration Assistant to join our growing team, helping us deliver high-quality, compliant, and efficient renewable energy systems across the country - while ensuring customers have a clear, confident, and well-managed experience from booking to completion.

Job Responsibility

  • Updating systems and ensuring job information is accurate
  • Preparing documentation and maintaining records
  • Ensuring invoicing is accurate and up to date
  • Be a friendly point of contact for customers via phone, email, and Intercom
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide installation updates
  • Help manage customer expectations throughout the installation journey
  • Escalate issues to the Operations Manager where appropriate
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and general correspondence
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
  • Organise office administration, filing, and company records
  • Support wider business projects and general administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an office administration, administrative support, operations support, or customer service role
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly approach
  • A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks
  • The ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team
  • An interest in renewable energy installations is a bonus, but not essential

  • Monitor and manage a shared inbox, prioritising urgent and high-priority requests in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Support clients who experience issues placing orders, including guiding them through the portal or placing orders on their behalf.
  • Handle a wide range of queries, from missing information and report amendments to council or roads enquiries, escalating to PEC or Titles teams where required.
  • Answer incoming calls, resolving issues efficiently or directing queries to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Assist during peak periods, particularly at month-end when transaction volumes increase, ensuring urgent cases are prioritised appropriately.
