Job Description:

A leading payment solutions provider is seeking a Customer Support Agent to assist B2B business clients in optimizing their use of payment solutions and resolving concerns in French and English. The candidates must have fluency in both French and English, a high school diploma, and experience in customer service. They should possess strong interpersonal skills, multitasking ability, and high attention to detail.

Job Responsibility:

providing exceptional B2B customer support
assisting business clients with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing tailored solutions to optimize their use of our client's services
engaging with clients ensuring timely and effective resolution of concerns, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism and support excellence
delivering excellent personalized service and assisting sellers through communication channels which may include Phone, Email, and/or Chat
identifying account holder
verifying account information
complying with all regulatory guidelines and procedures provided by Customer

Requirements:

fluency in both French and English C1, spoken and written
high School diploma (mandatory)
at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service with strong orientation to the customer (mandatory)
teamwork/ Interpersonal skills
experience working in a very fast paced environment with strong multitasking
high attention to detail
background in providing customer support from various industries including retail, banking, or any other type of customer service
a strong problem solver with an interest in resolving customer issues
ability to work independently and efficiently
excellent writing, email, phone and organization skills
strong verbal communication and computer skills
