As a Customer Support Agent, you will work in an international company culture where variety is key.
Job Responsibility:
You are responsible for welcoming our customers at the airport
Our travelers can rely on your assistance during baggage check-in and boarding
In case of delays or issues, you will help passengers as quickly and efficiently as possible, providing the right solution for each situation
For last-minute departures, you will also be the one selling plane tickets
You will assist with other administrative tasks (handling emails, sending mail, etc.). Additionally, you will help with the distribution and stock management of promotional materials, gifts, and office supplies
Requirements:
You are customer-friendly and commercially minded
In our international environment, you can express yourself fluently in Dutch, French, and English
You have a strong sense of responsibility and come across as professional and well-groomed to our customers
Word, Outlook, Excel – the MS Office suite is second nature to you
A flexible schedule doesn’t scare you – you’re ready to work morning, day, and night shifts (night shifts will start at 2.30 AM). You’ll also work weekends and public holidays
