As a Customer Support Agent, you will work in an international company culture where variety is key. This is a dual-location role based at both Antwerp and Zaventem Airport (ANR/ZAV). You are the main point of contact for our travelers, the face of TUI.
Job Responsibility:
Welcoming customers at the airport
Assisting during baggage check-in and boarding
Helping passengers with delays or issues
Selling plane tickets for last-minute departures
Assisting with administrative tasks (handling emails, sending mail)
Helping with distribution and stock management of promotional materials, gifts, and office supplies
Requirements:
Customer-friendly and commercially minded
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
Strong sense of responsibility and professional, well-groomed appearance
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Flexible schedule for morning, day, and night shifts (including starting at 2.30 AM), weekends, and public holidays
