Here, you will have the opportunity to work for a leading global motor company, assisting customers who drive automobiles, motorbikes, or use power equipment. You will provide assistance with questions on the product portfolio, import/export procedures, first-level technical support, complaints, and support with the use of the IoT technologies these vehicles are equipped with, including apps.In this role, you will utilize your language skills in Danish and English, to provide outstanding customer service and support to both Danish and English customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage incoming contacts such as phone calls, emails, and letters from customers
  • Provide information about products, resolve client queries, and explain company policies
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and provide outstanding service to clients

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer queries with empathy
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • People Person - you enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
  • Tech savvy and analytical
  • C2 level in Danish, Fluency in English
