Job Description:

Dedicated customer support representatives fluent in Dutch are needed for a leading insurance company in Lisboa. Ideal for candidates passionate about helping people and ensuring client satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

handle customer queries via phone and email, providing accurate information about insurance products
assist clients with policy details, coverage inquiries, and policy cancellations
support insurance brokers by directing their inquiries to the appropriate channels
maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

fluent in Dutch (C2 level) – Native or near-native proficiency
english (B2 level) – Intermediate knowledge for internal communication
strong communication and interpersonal skills
friendly, professional, and solution-oriented approach
ability to remain calm under pressure
previous experience in customer service is a plus
