Requirements
Be fluent in Italian (native level, or near-native C2)
Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
Previous experience in sales, ideally in a contact center environment
Experience in consumer electronics, technology retail is highly valued
Proven ability to identify customer needs, recommend complete solutions, handle objections and close sales confidently
Strong orientation towards KPIs such as client satisfaction, close rate, attach rate and quality
Excellent verbal communication, active listening and structured call control
Ability to navigate multiple systems, document accurately and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
