Requirements

  • Be fluent in German (native level, or near-native C2)
  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
  • Previous experience in sales, ideally in a contact center environment
  • Experience in consumer electronics, technology retail is highly valued
  • Proven ability to identify customer needs, recommend complete solutions, handle objections and close sales confidently
  • Strong orientation towards KPIs such as client satisfaction, close rate, attach rate and quality
  • Excellent verbal communication, active listening and structured call control
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems, document accurately and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
