Do you live in Porto and speak German fluently? This could be your opportunity! You will be the main point of contact between German market customers and the bank. Job Responsibility

  • Handle incoming phone calls
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Support customers with their questions and being the first line contact around the entire Service Retail
  • Questions are frequently related with phone banking ID, T-PIN & Postbank app setup
  • Sales-oriented presentation of the product range
  • Support of central marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (minimum level B2)
  • English proficiency (minimum level C1)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
  • Customer-oriented approach with the ability to adapt to different personalities
