Job Responsibility
Handle incoming phone calls
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
Support customers with their questions and being the first line contact around the entire Service Retail
Questions are frequently related with phone banking ID, T-PIN & Postbank app setup
Sales-oriented presentation of the product range
Support of central marketing campaigns
Requirements
Fluency in German (minimum level B2)
English proficiency (minimum level C1)
Excellent communication skills
Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
Customer-oriented approach with the ability to adapt to different personalities
