Job Responsibility
Delivering exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, chat, and email
Accurately documenting all customer interactions, resolutions, and necessary follow-ups within the CRM system
Applying your knowledge of digital wallet products to efficiently troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential
1 year of experience working in a fast-paced, team-based retail, hospitality, or customer service environment (preferred)
Experience in an internet company, the financial services industry, or as a transaction processor (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Strong working knowledge of PC-based internet and software applications
Nice to have
