Job Description:

Do you like technology and are interested in working in this area? Do you have experience in customer support? Job Responsibility:

Provide mobile technical support to after-sales customers for the English market
Have customer satisfaction as the main objective
Inform customers about the company's products and services, as well as their advantages

Requirements:

Have at least the 12th year of schooling or equivalent
Have experience in a customer relationship role (preferred)
Be fluent in English (native level, or near-native C2)
Have strong computer skills
Be communicative and have the power of argumentation
Be a team player
