An opportunity has arisen in our Bettys Customer Support team, and we are looking for 2 Customer Support Advisors to join us at our Starbeck site in Harrogate. As Customer Support Advisor you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our online, Cookery School, and Café Tea Room customers. You will process orders by phone and email, providing advice on products and services as required. You will also deal with any queries, taking ownership and resolving issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring the best possible outcome for our customers.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Some experience of delivering exceptional customer service over the telephone and email or face to face
Excellent telephone manner
Proactive approach and excellent team player
Strong communication skills - both oral and written
Ability to work well in a team environment
Experience of working to and achieving targets
Excellent IT skills and experience of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and ideally knowledge of Zendesk and Magento (not essential)
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Zendesk and Magento
