The successful candidate will provide office-based technical assistance to customers, distributors, and internal sales teams regarding products and systems.
Job Responsibility
Provide technical support via telephone, email, and online communication channels
Assist customers with product selection, installation guidance, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis
Support the sales team with technical product information and specifications
Process technical enquiries efficiently and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Liaise with engineering and production departments to resolve technical issues
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, standards, and industry developments
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements
