Our multilingual advisors leverage their language expertise to assist customers facing international breakdowns. No matter their location in Europe, we take complete responsibility for the situation, providing our customers with peace of mind. Effective communication is crucial. We maintain regular contact with the dealer handling the repair and keep the customer informed of the progress. A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving ensures our customers receive exceptional support. When challenges arise, we think innovatively. Teamwork and collaboration are the pillars of our organization.

Job Responsibility:

Support customers with international breakdowns
Take full ownership of the breakdowns
Update customers on repair progress
Utilize creative and proactive approaches to problem-solving
Collaborate and work in a team-focused environment

Requirements:

You are customer focused, always striving for the best possible service and solution for our customers
You are a confident communicator, adapting your style to each customer to make sure they feel heard and supported
You go the extra mile, solving problems with a proactive and creative mindset
You like working in a team, supporting and lifting each other up
You are keen to keep learning and developing your skills
You are open to working in shifts, just like your colleagues, to provide round-the-clock service to our clients
You are fluent (written and verbal) in English, Spanish and Portuguese
French or Italian are a plus
