Job Description:

Our multilingual advisors leverage their language expertise to assist customers facing international breakdowns. No matter their location in Europe, we take complete responsibility for the situation, providing our customers with peace of mind. Effective communication is crucial. We maintain regular contact with the dealer handling the repair and keep the customer informed of the progress. A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving ensures our customers receive exceptional support. When challenges arise, we think innovatively. Teamwork and collaboration are the pillars of our organization.

Job Responsibility:

assist customers facing international breakdowns
maintain regular dialogue with the dealer doing the repair
update the customer with progress
provide exceptional support
think outside the box when challenges arise
work in shifts to provide round-the-clock service

Requirements:

fluent in English, Czech, and another Eastern European language (Lithuanian, Polish)
customer-focused
confident communicator
proactive and creative problem-solver
team player
open to working in shifts
